THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY THIRD MORTGAGE AND IS INFERIOR
TO A FIRST MORTGAGE EXECUTED BY MORTGAGEES, ASSUMED BY
MORTGAGOR, IN FAVOR OF CITIZENS FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIATION OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN THE ORIGINAL
SUM OF $115,000.00.

ALSO INFERIOR TO A PURCHASE MONEY SECOND MORTGAGE EXECUTED
