This cause was heard upon the verified Petition for Adoption
filed ir, this cause and the minor's natural mother, JEAN;:ETTE D.
VERICELLII, having given written consent to the adoption of her
daughter, EP.ICA CiiEREST CROFL'TT, by the Petitioner herein, and it
appearing to the Court that the Petitioner is a fit and proper
person to adopt the miner child sought to be adopted and that
the best interests of the child will be promoted by the adoption
and that the child is suitable for adoption by Petitioner, FRANK
D". VERICELLA, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,

ADJUDGED that the minor child known as ERICA CtiERESE
CROFUiT is declared to be the legal child of the petitioner,
FRANK D. VERICELLA, and is given the name of ERICA CHERESE
VI:RICt::LLA, by cti~hich name she shall hereafter be known, and it
is
ADJUDGED that this child shall be the child and legal
heir of the Petitioner, FRANK D. VrRZCELLA, entitled to all rights
and privileges and subject to al_1 ot~ligations of a child horn to
Petitioner, FRANK D. VERICI:LL.~, in lawful caedlock.
