TEMPORARY RESTRAINING
ORDER
This cause was heard on Petitioner's application for temporary
relief, without notice to the Husband, based on the Wife's sworn
Petition and Affidavit and it appearing to the Court that the
Petitioner is entitled toL'ne temporary reiiai uCtTiai.ucu, ivit hvut
notice, and that the damage apprehended will be done unless relief
is granted, it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. The Husband and the Wife are each hereby restrained and en-
joined from harassing, molesting, annoying, threatening, physically
abusing or going about the other party during these proceedings.
2. That the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida is hereby
authorized and ordered to enforce the provisions of the Restraining
Order granted herein by arresting and taking into custody either
i
party who is observed to be violating the provision of said Restrain-
ing Order upon Affidavit of the aggrieved party that said Restraining
Order has been violated.
DONE AND ORDERED this '2 day of October, 1979, in St. Lucie
County, Florida.
