COUNTY DEED

THIS DEED, made this 24th day of September, 1979, by
ST. LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA, party of the first part, and JAMES
C. TOLER, 1806 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450, party
of the second part.
WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of $10.00 to it in hand paid by the
party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained and sold to the party of the second part,
its successors and assigns, forever, the following described land,
lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida:
That part of the north 424.6 of the northeast
quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 33,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East, that lies
westerly of the west right of way line of State
Road No . 5 (U . S . Highway No . 1) . 1433-412-0020-000/4
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said party of the first part has
caused these presents to be executed in its name by its Board
of County Commissioners acting by the Chairman of said Board,
the day and year aforesaid.
