AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
The undersigned, being the hereinafter designated officers
of GULF OIL REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, the General Partner of
HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSIIP, a Florida limited partnership,
and the Developer of BEACHTREE I CLUSTER, A CONDOMINIUM, and the duly
elected President and Secretary of BEACHTREE I CLUSTER, IiCORPORATED,
do hereby certify that the following was duly enacted as an amendment
to the Declaration of Condominium of BEACHTREE I CLUSTER, A COI~DO-
lSINIUM, by said Developer and by BEACIiTREE I CLUSTER, INCORPORATED
at a duly called meeting of the members of the Corporation held on
the 25th day of July, 1979. The original Declaration of Condominium
of said Condominium was recorded in Official Record Book 296, Page
1438, et sea., and amendments were subsequently filed thereto in
Official Record Book 300, Page 212, Official Record Book 302, Page
517, and Official Record Book 309, Page 1149, all in Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida;
1. Exhibit No 1, the legal description of Phase 1
~ appearing at Official Record Book 309, Page 1152 is amended to
read as follows:

HEREBY MADE A PART HEREOF.

2. Both HUTCHINSON ISLAND LIMITED PARTNERSHIP and BEACHTREE
I CLliSiER, INCORPORATED have joined in, duly enacted and consented
to this Certificate so that the amendment hereinabove recited has
been made, enacted and approved by both said parties in conformance
with the said Declaration of Condominium, X718.110, Florida Statutes
and §718.403, Florida Statutes.
