EXHIBIT "A"
Legal Description;
Lot 27, ALTADENA SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 71, St. Lucie County, Florida,
public records, TOGETHER with all right, title and interest to
a certain Easement for purposes of ingress and egress over and
upon the following described property, to-wit:
A portion of Lot 26, ALTADENA SUBDIVISION, according to the
plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 71 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot 26, run Easterly
along the North line of said Lot 26, 43.3 feet to the Westerly
edge of a concrete walk to the point of beginning; thence run
Southerly along the Westerly edge of said concrete walk 7.7 feet
to the Southwest corner of said concrete walk; thence run
Northeasterly along the Southerly edge of said concrete walk
47.4 feet to the Southeast corner of said concrete walk; thence
run Northerly along the Easterly edge of said concrete walk l
foot to the North line of said Lot 26; thence run West along
the North line of Lot 26, 48.6 feet, more or less, to th_e point
of beginning:
which Easement is described under Exhibit "A" survey, recorded
in 0. R. Book 195, Page 1237, St. Lucie County, Florida, Public
Records.
SUBJECT TO restrictions, reservation, limitations and
easements of record, if any; this reference to said
restrictions shall not operate to reimpose the same._
Zoning ordinances affecting said property.
SUBJECT TO a Mortgage in the amount of X15,000.00 from JORAM
PETERSEN to SUN BANK OF ST: LUCIE COUNTY, dated September 29,
1976 in 0. R. Book 258, Page 583 of the Public Records of St.
I Lucie County, Florida.
