8. The original of the decedent's last will and testament
dated October 21, 1971, is in the possession of the court.
Petitioners request that the decedent's last will be admitted
to probate and that they be appointed personal representatives of the
estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the

foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge

and belief.
