F Z. Decedent, ELIZABETH TMFLDA WILLIAMS, whose last
known address was 1560 Thumb Point Drive, Fort Pierce,
Florida, whose age was 78 years, and whose social security

number is 146-12-8713, died on October 1, 1979, at Indian
River Memorial Hospital, Vero Beach, Florida, and at the
time of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County,
Florida.
