entitled to preference in appointment as personal represen-
tatives because Petitioner, ROBERT T. WILLIAMS, is the named
personal representative under ITEM IV of decedent's Last
Will and requests the appointment of SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE

COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, as Co-Personal representative
with him.

7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or

August 9, 1962, accompanies this petition.

to act as personal representatives under the laws of the
State of Florida; that they will faithfully administer the' )
estate of said decedent according to law, and that ROBc^.RT T.
WILLIAMS hereby designates CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, a resident -
of St. Lucie County, Florida, whose residence address is
151 Hartman road, Fort Pierce, Florida, as his agent or
attorney for service of process in any suit or action against
him in his representative cagacity, or personally if such
personal action accrued in the administration of this estate.
Petitioners request that the decedent's last will be
admitted to probate and that they be appointed personal re-
presentatives of the estate of the decedent.
