The undersigned petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as the
Guardian of the person and property of JOHN RICHARD SWILLING, the
sole surviving heir of EVA R. SWILLING, deceased. Their names and
addresses are as set forth in paragraph 3 and the name and address
of their attorney are as set forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, EVA R. SWILLING, whose last known address was
1222 Avenue B, Fort Pierce, Florida, died on July 7, 1979 at St.
Lucie County, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in
St. Lucie. County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of this
estates their addresses and relationships to decedent and the ages
of any who are minors are:
