HomeMy WebLinkAbout1859 `7y 502 The decedent was a widow who owned a homestead described as: Lot 2, of GOWDY'S SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 8, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. where she lived with her son, JOHN RICHARD SWILLING, Inco~apetent, and the decedent was the head of the household, therefore, said homestead passes by operation of law to the decedent's son, JOHN RICHARD SWILLING, and said property is not subject to administration in this estate. 6. Pierce, FL 927.15 It is proposed that the above debts be paid out of the cash ~ that is in the decedent's account in the Florida Bank which is sufficient to pay all of said debts. 7. McDonald, Gertrude Bohren and C. R. f McDonald, Jr., is in the possession of the above court or accompanies this petition. 10. Decedent's will does not direct administration as required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes.
