BETTY JO EVANS,
Minor.
PETITION FOR SURRENDER OF ASSETS AND DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
Petitioners, ROBERT PATRICK and SANDI PATRICK, as Guardians
of the property of the above-named incompetent, respectfully allege:
1. They have faithfully performed their duties as Guardians,
paid all the debts as far as the assets of the ward would permit
and rendered to this Court a correct accounting of their guardian-
ship as required by law.
2. Petitioners file herewith their final return and allege
that the need for this guardianship has terminated because the
incompetent, BETTY JO EVANS, has attained the age of 18 years and
thus has reached her majority.
WHEREFORE, Yetltloners asic that an urger i;e eiic.eie:d aui.il~r-
zing them to surrender and distribute to BETTY JO EVANS all of the }
assets of the above-named ward remainin in their possession and

that upon the filing of receipt therefor or evidence~of that dis-
bursement satisfactory to the court, an Order be entered approv-
~ ing their accounts, relieving their Sureties from further liability
and discharging them as Guardian of the ward.
