ORDER TO DISBURSE AND SURRENDER ASSETS
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard for the Court upon the

Petition of ROBERT PATRICK and SANDI PATRICK, the duly qualified

and acting guardians of the property of BETTY JO EVANS, and it
appearing unto the court the need for this guardianship has ter-
minated by reason of the ward's reaching her majority; upon consi-
deration it is now therefore,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ROBERT PATRICK and SANDI PATRICK,
as guardians of the property of BETTY JO EVANS, are authorized
and directed to surrender and disburse all the assets remaining
in their hands unto BETTY JO EVANS; it is further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that upon the filing of receipts show- ~
I! ing that delivery and surrender of assets are evident and satisfac- t
i
j tory to the Court and that the delivery and surrender has been
i
done, final order and discharge of guardian shall be entered in this
cause forthwith.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
