The undersigned, as guardian of the _ e~rson
of STEPIl1N l~ffLLER , inaxiQetent, alleges
1. The need for the oentinuation of this guardianship no longer exists by
reason of the fact that the ward had his eighteenth (18th) birthday on June
26, and is not, therefore, a minor and in need of a guardian.
2.Petitioner represents that Frank Aiiller and Geraldine Miller, father
and mother respectively of SZEPHQ~T AffLLER, join in this 1-. etiticn.
{~REFOF~, petitioner requests that an order be entered 4pproving all account-
ings not previously approved and discharging petitioner as guardian and releasing
the surety on petitioner's bond, if any, fr+cm further liability.
