ORDER OF FINAL DISCHARGE OF GUARDIAN
This proceeding was heard on the Petition For
Discharge of Guardian of the person of STEPHEN MILLER, incompetent;
notice of said petition has been issued to all persons entitled to
same, and the Court being satisfied that the guardian has
faithfully discharyed the duties as such guardian, has rendered
a complete and accurate final return, and has delivered the assets
of the ward to the person entitled thereto; it is
ADJUDGED, that said .guardian is discharged and the surety
on the guardian's bond, if any, is release,,~~dA,from further liability.
