PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
The undersigned, as Personal Representative of the above
estate alleges:
1. The decedent, EMILY L. KIDC ,
a resident of St. Lucie County, Florida, died on August 15, 1977 ,
and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on
January 27, 1978
2. The undersigned Personal Representative is the sole
beneficiary, being the nearest surviving relative in the line of
intestate succession, therefore waiving the filing of a complete ac-
counting of all receipts and disbursements.
3. The firm of Watson, Hubert & Davis has been paid the
sum of $ 1,800.00 for legal services rendered. The Personal
Representative has been paid the sum of $ WAIVED , as com-

~ pensation for his services. Compensation to appraisers, accountants,

or other agents employed by the Personal Representative, if any,
has been paid.
4. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by
making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims
and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provisions for
the payment of all expenses of administration.
5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
witht the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue
- of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this court

~ evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's obligations for both
federal anc? Florida estate taxes, if any.
6 Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution
of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of dis-
tribution attached hereto as Exhibit A. #
