PETITION FOR PARTIAL DINTRIBUTION
BARBARA RAPP HAMILTON, as Personal Representative of the
Estate of Theodore G. Rapp, Sr., deceased, alleges:
1. Theodore G. Rapp, Sr., died on March 18th, 1979,
testate, and petitioner on March 23, 1979, qualified as
Personal Representative.
2. There are three (3) devisees named 'n the Last Will
and Testament.
3. The total value of said estate, as appears by the
inventory on file in said court is the sum of $212,428.25.
4. The Petitioner a; Personal Representative of the Estate
'of Theodore G. Rapp, Sr., hereby petitions the Court for an order
allowing her to deliver the following described property:
25 shares of G. M. stock to Theodore G. Rapp, III
25 shares of G. M. stock to Ellen Rapp Thomas
50 shares of G. M. stock to Barbara Rapp Hamilton
26? shares of IBM stock to Theodore G. Rapp, III
267 shares of IBM stock to Ellen Rapp Thomas
534 shares of IBM stock to Barbara Rapp Hamilton
5. Said property is a devise under the residuary clause
of the Last Will and Testament of decedent.
6. Petitioner would further show unto the Court that the
property sought to be delivered will not be required to pay the
debts, claims, estate taxes and expenses of administration, or
for providing funds for contribution or enforcing equalization in
case of advancements.
