by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 4th day of May A.D., 197$ ,and recorded .
in the office of the perk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Luci e
State of Florida,ln 0. R. Book 286 Page 1423 . granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100---------

at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit claim,
