That part of Lot 24 lying North of Okeechobee Road, in Section 29, Township 35
South, Range 39 East, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 23 of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, said part which lies within 66 feet Northerly of
the Centerline of Construction for State Road 70; a portion of said Centerline
being more particularly described as follows: '
Commence at the Northwest corner of Section 6, Township 36 South, Range 39 i
East; thence run S 00°01'54" E along the West line of said Section 6, a
distance of 1593.04 feet to the beginning of a portion of the Centerline
of Construction for State Road 70; thence N 71"U3'S4" E a distance of 977.29 -
feet to a point on a curve concave Northwesterly; thence Easterly and
Northeasterly along said curve having a radius of 7639.44 feet, a central
angle of 04°24'47", an arc distance of 597.30 feet; thence N 67°35'07" E a
distance of 690.53 feet to a point on a curve concave Northwesterly; thence
Northeasterly along said curve having a radius of 2864.79 feet, a central
angle of 27°38'23", an arc distance of 1381.99 feet; thence N s9°56'44" E
'a distance of 66.43 feet to a point on the North. Line of said Section 6,
said point lying 2006.66 feet Westerly of the Northeast corner of said
Section 6; thence continue N 39°56'44" E a distance of 376.43 feet to a
point on a curve concave Southeasterly; thence Northeasterly along said
curve having a radius of 5729.58 feet, a central angle of 09°49'51", an
arc- distance of 983.08 feet; thence N 49°46'35" E a distance of 1189.36 feet
to a point on a curve concave Northwesterly; thence Northeasterly along
said curve having a radius of 7639.44 feet, a central angle of Ol°37'17"
an arc distance of 215.95 feet to a point on the East line of Section 31, ~
Township 35 South, Range 39 East, said point lying 1910.79 feet Northerly
of the Southwest corner of said Section 31; thence continue along said
curve having a radius of 7639.44 feet, a central angle of 18°59'38", an
arc distance of 2532.53 feet; thence N 29°09'46" E a distance of ?OC5.51 feet ~
to a point on a curve concave Southeasterly; thence Northeasterly along
said curve having a radius of 2864.79 feet, a central angle of 47°05'05",
an arc distance of 2354.24 feet; thence N 76°14'51" E a distance of 950.84
feet to a point'on the East Line of Section 29, Township .35 South, Range 39
East and the end of said portion of Centerline of Construction; thence
S 00°il'20" W along the East line of said Section 29 a distance of 1997..30
feet to the Southeast corner of said Section 29.
