ORDER PERMITTING AIRQUATIC'S CROSSCLAIM
THIS MATTER came to~be heard upon the Defendant/Cross-
claimant's, AIRWICK'S POOL PRODUCTS, INC., d/b/a AIRQUATIC'S
Motion to File Crossclaim and the court having examined said
~'totion and the Stipulation entered into by counsel and being
duly advised in the premises, does hereby grant said Motion
to file Crossclaim.
It is therefore ordered, ad3udged and decreed that the
Defendant/Crossclaimant, AIRWICK POOL PRODUCTS, INC., d/b/a
f AIRQUATIC is hereby given leave to file the Crossclaim attached
to its Motion to File Crossclaim heretofore filed and the same
is hereby deemed filed with the entry of this order. Cross-
Defendants are given 20 (twenty) days from the date of receipt
of this order to answer said ~rossclaim.
