ORDER
THIS CAUSE, having come before-the Court on an emergency
hearing and the Court having considered the verified Petition for
various relief, and the_Court having taken testimony finds as follows:
1. The issue of child custody is presently before the
Court.
2. The Father-, GEORGE WILLIAM GREER, presently has de facto
custody of the child, ERIN ELAINE GREER.
3. The Father is preparing to, and will, leave this State
with the child before the matter of child custody can be resolved.
4. It is in the best interest of the child that she remain
~ within this jurisdiction until the issue of child custody can be

f resolved by this Court.

~ THEREFORE, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the FatY~er, GEORGE WILLIAM GREER,
' be and he is hereby enjoined from removing the child, ERIN ELAINE
GREER, from the State of Florida until further order of this Court.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
on this day of October, 1979.
