THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Plaintiff's Motion for
Final Judgment, and the Court having considered the affidavits submitted by
Plaintiff and finds the record herein reveals no genuine issue as to any
material fact, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That Plaintiff's Motion for Final Judgment be and the same
is hereby granted .
2. That this Court has jurisdiction over the- parties hereto as

Numbered C-19 and its undivided share of the common ele-
ments of Turtle Reef Condominiums I, as such is described
• in the Amended A4aster Form Deed recorded in Official Re-
cords Book 256, Page 235, Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
5. That if the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by
