law, and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this Judgment, are
not paid forthwith, the Clerk,, off this Court shall sell the property at public
sale on the ~ day of i~.~/ 1~ between and to the
highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, at the ~~oors
of the Courthouse in St. Lucie County, Fort Pierce, Florida, in accordance
with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
6. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this action,
and costs shall be reimbursed to it by the Clerk if Plaintiff is not the pur-
chaser of the property at the sale. If Plaintiff is the purchaser, the Clerk
shall credit Plaintiff with the total sum in paragraph 3 hereof, with interest _
and costs accruing subsequent to this Judgment or such part of it as is
necessary to pay the bid in full.
7. On filing the Certificate of Title, the Clerk shall distribute
the proceeds of the sale as far as they are sufficient by paying: 1) all of
Plaintiff's costs; 2) documentary stamps affixed to the certificates; 3) Plain-
tiff's attorney's fees; 4) the total sum due to Plaintiff, less the items raid,
plus interest at the rate prescribed by law, from this date to the date of the
sale; 5) by retaining any amount remaining pending the further order of this

j 8. On filing the Certificate of Title, Defendants and all persons

~ claiming by, through, under or against them since the filing of the Notice of
Lis Pendens, are foreclosed of all estate or claim in the property, and the
purchaser at the sale shall be let into possession of the property.
9. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to the entry of further
orders as are proper, including, without limitation, writs of assistance and
deficiency judgments as to any Defendant or Defendants who r.~ay be liable
therefor.
