by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 4th day of Maly A.D., 1978 ,and recorded
in the office of the perk of the Circuit Court in sad for the County of St. Luci e
State of Florida,M 0. R. Book 286 Page 1423 ,granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of TWO MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND NO/100---------

with interest ss therein mentioned:
AND WHEREAS the said

requested the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem-
ises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage. ~
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum one ddlar and other good and valuable consideration

at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit claim,
exonerate and discharge f rom the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said

their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of land, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,
