Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, dated Auggst~ , 19~, recorded
in O.R, book 316 at page 664 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, securing the original principal sum of S 44,500.00

1. All of the tenements, hereditaments and other appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
2. All appliances and fixtures now situate in said town-
. house unit and including the air conditioning unit servicing

SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the following:
1. The Declaration of Part}? Facilities for Gulfstream
Villas dated August 12, 1978, recorded in O. R. Book 292 at '
page 2123 of the public records of St. Lucie County. Florida.
2. The Declaration of Protective Covenants for Gulf stream
Villas, dated August 12, 1978, recorded in O. R. Book 292 at pages
2155 through 2179 of~the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and the Charter and By-Laws of Gulfstream Villas Owners
Association, Inc., which are exhibits thereto, by all of which
the Grantee, by acceptance and recording of this deed, agrees
to be fully bound.
3. Restrictions, reservations and easements of public
record.

4. Such zoning and other restrictions upon the use of
the townhouse unit and upon all of the townhouse development
common property as may be imposed by governmental authorities
having jurisdiction.
5. Taxes for the current year and each subsequent year.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD,. the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that it
is lawfully sei2ed of said real property in fee simple; that the
Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey
said real property; that the Grantor hereby fully warrants the
title to said real property and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; that said real propert}~ is
free and clear of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent
to December 31, 19/g
