COMES NOW Husband, HARDIE CAMPBELL, JR., by and through t
his undersigned attorney, and the Wife, GEORGIA MAE CAMPBELL,

by and through her undersigned attorney, and moves this
Honorable Court to dismiss, with prejudice, the partition
suit for the real property below: s
The store and service station situated at the ~
corner of Avenue I and 24th Street, Fort Pierce,
Florida, referred to in subject cause as Lots
28 and 29, for the store, and Lot 30, Less the
North 5 feet, for the service station, of
MEYERHOFF'S S/D of Tract 96, per plat thereof,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
together with any claim for monies by the Wife, GEORGIA MAE
` CAMPBELL, arising out of the store or service station for the
6 following reason:
€ The Husband, HARDIE CAMPBELL, JR., has purchased the

Wife's interest in the real property and the Wife has released
all claims in interest by virtue of a Quit-Claim Deed.
WHEREFORE, counsel jointly petition the Court to enter
an Order dismissing the partition suit, wi j
