_ O R D E R
THIS CAUSE having come before this Court for an
emergency hearing upon the Wife's request and the Court having
been fully advised in the premises and both parties being repre-
sented by counsel, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and
restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other
at all times and places. This restraining order is enforceable

~ by the Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their deputies
and the Sheriffs or their deputies shall take the offending
party into custody without further order of this Court.

DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, this 16th day of October, 1979.
