misfortune not due to-his own neglect or fault. This chancellor
finds as a fact that he continues to be able to pay as was
originally decreed. It is, therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ALLAN~E. ROKAW be held in
contempt of this court and ordered to comply with the terms of the
final decree.
