ORDER .
This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
SHAWN R. MOORS, born 12/13/63 and KEVIN R, MOORS, born 9/11/65
minor children, the sum of $ X00_ 00 per month plus and additional JtD~~ $2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
first day of November ~ 19 ~ 79 ,and thereafter on first

or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St . Lucie County,
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Florida, end the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Su ort Enforcement
Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, or trans-
mittal to the State of Indiana as long as the case is certified as a Title
1_V-D case. If the Clerk receives notification by the De artment of Health
&,R habilitative Services that the case i~ no,longer a IV-D case, the Clerk
wil~ then forward all su pport to: Henry Circuit Court Clerk, Courthouse,
New Castle, Indiana 473~Z.
Arrears in the s~tm of $7,Q2Q 00 are herebyy reduced to judgment. Respondent
Shall hhave the ri ht to visit and make telephon call to the ch}ldren and
if $uch rights ar~ not granted, Respondent shal~ be a~forded equitable
relief.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
and entering such further orders as may be deemed equitable.
