ORDER This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is, ORDERED AND AD]UDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of JOE A SAMPSON, born 6/16/62; JOHN L. SAMPSON, born 4/12/64; and ANGEL R. SAMPSON, born 11/26/65; i i minor children, the sum of S 160.00 per month plus and additional S?~?fliK 52.00 , for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments. These payments are to begin on the first day of November 19 7 9 and thereafter on first of each and every month that said payments Shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St . Lucie County, P. O. Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida, Florida,/and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Support Enforcement f Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301, or trans- mittal to the State-of Michigan as long as the case is certified as a Title IV-D case.
