This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the: Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
SCOTT FRIEND, born October 22, 1967;
JULIE FRIEND, born July 25, 1970
minor children, the sum of $ 240_ QO per month plus and additional $2.00
for payment of Cierk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the t
first day of November ~ 19 79 ,and thereafter on first a
of each and every month that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St . Lucie County,
Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to Child Support Enforcement
Section, 1317 Winewood.Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida 32301, for transmittal
to the State of Illinois as long as the case is certified as a Title IV-D
case. If the Clerk receives notification by the Department of Health & Re-
habilitative Services that-the case is no longer a IV-D case, the Clerk

That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
