ORDER
This cause was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
KIM SCOTT BRONSON, born 8j3/61; TINA MARIA BRONSON, born 4/24/63;
and TAMMY JEAN BRONSON, born 5/26/66
minor children, the sum of S 180.00 per month plus and additional0 $2.00
for payment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the
first day of November l9 7 9 ,and thereafter on f first
of each and every month that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
or by postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie ~ County,
P. O. Drawer 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
Ftorda;
a_nd the said Glerk shall transmit the said pa ments to Child Support Enforcement
~ Section, 1317 Winewood Boulevard, Talylahassee~~irda 3'Z-3U~I~or trans-
mittal to the State of Pennsylvania as long as the case is certified as
a Title IV-D case If the Clerk receives notification by the Department
of Health & Rehabilitative Services that the case is no onger a -D case,
he will then f~rward all sup~ort,tQ Probation Department, Tioga County

F Arrears in the amount of $720.00 are hereby reduced to Judgment.
That this Court shall retain jurisdiction of this cause for the purpose of enforcing this Order
