PUFFER and JANE PUFFER his wife, to the aforementioned real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, is a good title against the claims or purported claims of the Defendants, GERTRUDE WALD and RAYMOND BUILDING SUPPLY CORPORATION, if alive, and if dead their unknown spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees and creditors and all other parties claiming by, through, under or against L z t.
