the County of Morris and State of New Jersey, do make, i,
publish and declare my last Will and Testament in manner
following, that is to say:-
First. I order and direct the payment of all my
ust debts and funeral expenses as soon as the same may
conveniently be done after my decease.
Second. All the rest, residue and remainder of my
estate, real, personal and mixed, I give, devise and bequest
unto my wife Irene Mossey. _ ,
' Third. I appoint my said wife Irene Mossey sole
executrix of this my last Will and Testament without bond.

Lastly. In the event my said wife shall not survive
me, then Z provide as follows:-
~ (a) I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter
Sue Ellen Mossey the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars.
In the event she shall be under the age of twenty-one years 5

at the time of my death then I authorize said sum to be paid

(b) All the rest, residue and remainder of
my estate I give, devise and bequeath unto my two children
Clifford A, rlossey and Valerie Goldsworthy equally, share
and share alike.
~ (c) I nominate, constitute and appoint my
said two children as executor and executrix of this my last
tilill and Testament without bond. I hereby authorize and
