I, Irene Mossey, of the Borough of Wharton, in the ~
County of Morris and State of New Jersey, do make, publish

and declare my last Will and Testament in manner following,
that is to say:- i
First. I order and direct the payment of all '
ust debts and funeral expenses as soon as the same

may conveniently be done after my decease.

Second. All the rest, residue and remainder of ~
my estate, real, personal and mixed, I give, devise and
. bequeath unto my husband Aurel A. Mossey.
Third. I appoint my said husband Aurel A. Mossey ~

sole executor of this my last Will and Testament without bond.
Lastly. In the event my said husband shall not

survive me, then I provide as follows:-

!i (a) I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter
Sue Ellen Mossey the sum of One Thousand (1,000.00) Dollars.
In the event she shall be under the age of twenty-one years
at the time of my death then I authorize said sum to be paid
to her parents in trust for her, and their receipt therefor
shall be sufficient release to my estate.
(b) All the rest, residue and remainder of .
my estate I give, devise and bequeath unto my two children
Clifford A. Mossey and Valerie Goldsworthy equally, share
and share alike-

said two children as executor and executrix of this my last

empower said executor and executrix to sell and convey all

real property of which I may die seized, at such prices and
at such times and in such parcels, either at public or privet
sale, as to them shall seem most advantageous for my estate.
