ASSOCIATION, INC. , anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which
has been assigned ali the rights and reservations of LAiCEWOOD PARK CORPORA:
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CCRPORATION, said Assignment neing recorded in Official Record Book 186,
Page 20~i5 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County.
Florida.
2. That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit num~ers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded in Official Record Book 222
Page 1~1Q .Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASa~CIATION, INC. ,
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
Lot 12 Block 115 Unit 9
in the name of : Lucien Tetrault
and now held in the name of: Frank J. Kellner
