ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on before me on October 16, 1979,
upon the defendant's Motion for Protective Order and Motion .
to Terminate Independent Auditor, and the Court having heard
argument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Defendant's Motion for Protective Order is granted,
precluding plaintiff from taking the deposition of DEWEY
EARNHARDT.
2. Said DEWEY EARNHARDT, as President of defendant
DEWEY'S AUTO SUPPLY, INC., is ordered to produce within thirty
~ (30) days of the date of this Order any and all records of
DEWEY'S AUTO SUPPLY, -INC., pursuant to any request for

~ production filed by plaintiff.

3. Defendant's Motion to Terminate Independent Auditor
3
is denied at this time, and defendant may reserve the right
to renew the Motion in the event the auditor has failed to
complete his work within ninety (90) days of the date of
this Order.
