Produce filed herein by the Defendants is sustained and
neither the Defendants, ST. LUCIE PLAZA, nor any of the
individuals who comprise the joint venture shall be required
to produce their income tax records; the Defendant, ST. LUCIE
PLAZA, a Joint Venture and ALBERT L. DANGLER shall produce
their current net worth statements.
