fees for services of the Plaintiff's attorney herein, together
with all costs of this suit which to date amount to S ,
and the Plaintiff is additionally entitled to recover interest
at the statutory rate of 8~ per annum from the date hereof to
the date of sale.
6. That by virtue of the mortgage described in the
Complaint, the Plaintiff h$s a valid first lien upon the said
mortgaged property situated, lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie, the State of Florida, being more particularly described
as follows:
Lot 287, SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT
FOUR RF.PLAT, according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 16, Page 18, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, -
Florida.
7. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed
by law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to
this judgment are not paid within the three days from this date,
the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at Public Sale
to the highest bidder for cash, free, clear and discharged of

and from any and all-claims, liens, encumbrances, rights and
equity in interest of the said Defendant, MATTIE R. LARRY, a _
single adult, which sale shall be held by the clerk f this

1979, at ~ a:m. at the East front door of the St.
Lucie Count Courthouse in Ft. Pierce, Florida, in accordance

8. Plaintiff-shall advance all subsequent costs of this action and
shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if the Plaintiff is not the
purchaser, the Clerk shall credit the Plaintiff's bid with the total

sum with interest and costs accruing subsequent to this judgment or
such part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full.
9. The claim, lien or encumbrance of the Defendant, BLAZER FINANCIAL
SERVICES INC, if any, is hereby found inferior to the above described
