That certain Condominium Parcel, being Unit No. 901, a Condominium in
accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions,
terms and other provisions of that "Declaration of Condominium for
Hutchinson Island Club, a Condominium" recorded in O.R. Book 254, Page ~
2128, et seq., Public Records of said County and all Amendments thereto, i
including an undivided interest in the Gammon Elements of said Condo- I.
miniu'n as set forth in slid Declaration as amcnded.
This conveyance is made subject to (i) conditions, restrictions, limi-
tations and easements of record, if any, but this provision shall not
operate to re-impose the same; (ii) the said Declaration as amended and
exhibits attached thereto including the Articles of Incorporation and
By-Laws of Hutchinson Island Club Condominium Association, Inc., annexed
to said Declaration; and (iii) Restrictive Covenants dated January 11, ~
1974, recorded in O.R. Book 222, Page 2794 of said County. ~
