This cause coming on bef~ire the Court upon a petition for Nam
Change and the Court having heard the petitioner and there being nothing
.known to the Court as a bar to the change of name and it appearing to the
best interests of the petitioner that her name be changed and the Court
being fully advised therein, thereupon, it is hereby
ORDERED as follows:
I. That the name by which the petitioner was formerly known,
DEBRA LYNN SENTINELLA, be and the same is hereby changed to bhe name of
DEBRA LYNN SMITH.
