TEMPORARY ORDER
This cause was heard. on Petitioners application for temporary
relief, without notice to the Husband, based on the Wifes sworn petition
and Affidavit and it appearing to the Court that the petitioner is
entitled to the temporary relief demanded, without notice, and that the
damage apprehended will be done unless relief is granted, it is Ordered
and Ad3udged that:
1. The Wife is granted temporary exclusive use of the marital
home and the furniture and furnishings located therein and the Husband
shall immediately vacate the premises located at 1502 North 21st Street,

Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. The Husband and the Wife are each hereby restrained and enjoined
from harassing, molesting, annoying, threatening, physically abusing or
going about the other party during these proceedings.
3. That the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, is hereby
authorized and ordered to assist in the removel of the Husband from
the premises located at 1502 North 21st Street, Fort Pierce, Florida,
if the Husband refuses to vacate those premises and further that the
- Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida, is authorized and ordered to
enforce the provisions of the restraining order granted herein by
arresting and taking into custody either party who is observed to
be violating the provision of said restraining order upon Affidavit
of the aggrieved party that said restraining order has been violated.
