Dimon, his wife, hereinafter called the Mortgagor and Florida Bank at Fort Pierce, a banking corporation existing under the laws of the State of Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagee, for and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good and valuable considerations, and also in consideration of the promises and covenants contained herein, and WHEREAS, the Mortgagor did on the 22nd day of August 1974, execute and give to the Mortgagee a certain promissory note and thereby promise to pay to the Mortgagee $36,000.00 with interest at the rate of l0.OX per annum, due and payable in sixty (60) monthly installments as follows: . Fifty-Nine (59) equal monthly payments shall be made in the amount of $474.68 each, including interest at the rate of lOX with the sixtieth and final gayment being a balloon payment in the amount of $22,757.42, including interest at the arate of 10X. The first payment shall be made on October 1, 1974. The final balloon payment shall be made on October 1, 1979. WHEREAS, the Mortgagor did on the 22nd day of August 1979, to secure the payment of the aforesaid promissory note, execute and deliver i I unto the Mortgagee a mortgage deed on certain lands situated in St. Lucie i f County, Florida described as follows: f d Commencing at the NW corner of Hunt Subdivisicn as shown by plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, at Page 47, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; run thence East a distance of 40 feet to the East right-of- way Line of Oleander Avenue; thence run North a dis- tance of 330 feet to the SW corner of the lands of Will Jaquith (also known as William L. Jacquith) on the East right-of-way line of Oleander Avenue; for the point of beginning. Thence run East 400 feet; thence run North 217.5 feet; thence West 200 feet; thence run South 100 feet; thence run West 200 feet to the East right-of-way line of Oleander Avenue; thence ~ South along the East right-of-way line of Oleander Avenue 117.5 feet to ;the point of beginning. which Mortgage was recorded on August 22, 1974 in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida at O.R.
