This cause coming on before the Court and it appearing to
the Court from the Motion for an urder Nunc pro i=unc, reyurstiiig ti~dt
the cause be dismissed from the beginning and that the bond be discharged
as not having been encumbered and/or not having obligated the bondsman
in any manner, and the Court being fully advised therein, thereupon, it
is hereby
ORDERED that the abovestyled cause be and the same is hereby

Further ORDERED that the bond securing the defendant's rights
in the abovestyled cause, be and the same is hereby discharged and held
for nought allowing the plaintiff to substitute for records the bond filed

copy of the same therein for record, thereby discharging forever henceforth
