Further ORDERED that the bond securing the defendant's rights in the abovestyled cause, be and the same is hereby discharged and held for nought allowing the plaintiff to substitute for records the bond filed a in this cause, returning to the obligor bondsman, such records as the ~ bondsman may need, releasing the same from the Court file on leaving a copy of the same therein for record, thereby discharging forever henceforth the bond or security placed in this cause.
