Final Judgment, and it is
ADJUDGED that:
1. Plaintiffs, MIKE NASER and IDOLIDIA NASER, his wife,
are due $4,000.00 as principal, $210.00 as interest to date of thi
Judgment, $1,939.40 as advances to First Federal of Fort Pierce,
Florida with $34.50 Court costs now taxed, making a total sum of
$6,183.90.
2. Plaintiffs hold a lien for the total sum superior to
any claim or estate of Defendant, JOSEPHINE MASSONI, on the
following-described property in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lot 28, Block 54, IPtDIAN RIVER
ESTATES, UNIT 8, according to the
Plat thereof on file in Plat Book
10, Page 73, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed
by law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this
Judgment are not paid within three days from this date, the Clerk
of this Court shall sell the Property at public sale for y (40)
days from date of this Judgment, on ~iovemher 27, 1979 G G~ U 4.
