SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause having come fo be heard upon the Motion of the
Plaintiff for a~ Summary Final Judgment herein and the Court having
considered the pleadings and the evidence presented on behalf of
the Plaintiff and otherwise being fully advised in the premises
finds and determines that the Defendant is indebted to the
Plaintiff in the amount of X3,404.25; the Court further finds
that Plaintiff is entitled to recover its reasonable attorneys
vsr
fees which are hereby found to be ~~U and the Court
further finds the Plaintiff is entitled to recover the cost it
incurred in bringing this action, which to date equals X51.00;
it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the Defendants, GOOD DEAL PAINT AND BODY, INC.,
AND PHILIP CARTER, JR., are hereby found to be indebted to the
Plaintiff, TREASURE COAST LEASING, INC., as set forth above in
the total amount of~ U Sfor which let execution issue.
2. That this Final Judgment shall bear interest at the
legal rate allowed by law from the date hereof until satisfied.
