FIFTH: I give unto my executrix, herein named, full power ~

and authority to sell and dispose of any real property of which i

j I shall die seized, and empower her to give good and sufficient '
deed or deeds of conveyance thereof. I direct that no bond or
other security shall be required of my executrix for the faith-
ful performance of any of her duties under this instrument. I

confer these same powers upon any of the alternate executors
~ named herein or any other personal representative appointed to ~
~ administer my estate.
LASTLY, I hereby appoint my said fiancee, Marian V. Munger,
f to be the sole executrix, but if she be not living at my death,
or if she shall fail or cease to act as such, then I appoint my

~ brother, Paul D. Smith,.Sr., to be the alternate executor, but if

he also be not living at my death or shall fail or cease to act ~
as such or prefer not to act as such, then I appoint my said
nephew, Paul D. Smith, Jr., to be the alternate executor of
this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former t
wills by me made.
