I, HARLAND A. SMITH, of the Town of Clarendon, in the Coun~y
of Orleans and State of new York, being of sound mind and memorf,
do :?ake, publish and declare this Codicil to my Last dill and
Testament dated the 30th da_~ of August, nineteen Hundred and
Seventy-eight.
FIRST: I hereby add a rew paragraph to be known as Paragraph
"THIRD-A" to my said Last Will and Testament dated August 30, 157x,
which said paragraph "THIRD-A" stall follow present Paragraph

as follows:

late father and mo~her, Carle D. S:rith and Mabel A.

that my said nephew, Paul D. Sr?i~h, Jr., is not living
at ny death, teen I give and revise this :iorrill Road
farm property and my present residence property at 4526
South Hulberton Road as hereinabove described, unto ny
` brother, Paul D. Smith, Sr., to be his absolutely and
