the Estate of Harland A. Smith, deceased, to the Court finding that the
decedent died on the 9th day of December, 1978, and that Guy S. Emerich
is entitled to appointment as Ancillary Personal Representative by reason
of his being willing and qualified to serve as Ancillary Personal
Representative under the laws of the State of Florida, it is
ADJUDGED that the authenticated copy of the decedent's last will
dated August 30, 1978, first codicil to last will dated December 8, 1978,
Petitior. for Probate, Combined Verification, Consent and Designation,
Decree of Probate, and Letters Testamentary of the Surrogate Court in
and for the County of Orleans, State of New York, i~s hereby admitted to
probate anti record in this court, it is
FURTHER ADJUDGED that Guy S.Emerich is appointed Ancillary Personal
Representative of the Estate of Harland A. Smith, deceased, and that upon
taking the prescribed oath, filing designation of resident agent and
