EMERICH, Ancillary Personal Representative of the Estate of HARLAND A. SMITH, deceased, and the Court having found that all interested persons have waived notice of this hearing; and the Court having determined that it is in the best interests of the estate that certain assets of the estate be sold in order to provide funds for the payment of expenses of administration as well as for purposes of distribution; that the best interest of the estate will be served by the sale of the property at a private sale and that the sale should be for the sum of $9,500.00, the terms of the sale being as set forth in a copy of the Contract for Sale and Purchase attached to the Petition; it is ADJUDGED that petitioner, as Ancillary Personal Represen- tative of the above estate is authorized to sell: Lots 5 and 6, Block 473, PORT ST. LUCIE, Section 26, St. Lucie County, Florida. for $9,500.00 to ROBERT WOEb1MEL and JOAN WOEAlMEL, his wife.
